Welcome to LayerLens Live: Web & USB Cam ("LayerLens Live", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, services, and live streaming capabilities. By installing, accessing, or using LayerLens Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LayerLens Live, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the application.

2. YouTube API Services & Third-Party Platforms

LayerLens Live also integrates with Meta / Facebook Graph API. You agree to comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards when broadcasting to Facebook Live.

3. License & App Usage

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use LayerLens Live strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the application.
• Use LayerLens Live to broadcast content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, or infringing upon third-party intellectual property or copyright rights.
• Broadcast unauthorized copyrighted video, music, or broadcasts without appropriate broadcast rights or licenses.
• Broadcast content that violates YouTube Community Guidelines or Facebook Live policies.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of LayerLens Live or its connected network services.

4. User Content & Rights

You retain full ownership and responsibility for all video, audio, text overlays, scoreboards, and media content ("User Content") you broadcast using LayerLens Live. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to broadcast your User Content publicly.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

LayerLens Live is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will function uninterrupted, error-free, or without latency or connection drops.
• Streaming platform APIs (YouTube, Facebook) will remain continuously available without service changes, rate limits, or API deprecations.
• Live streams will be free from audio/video sync issues caused by device hardware, network performance, or camera drivers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LayerLens Live, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or stream disruptions resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use LayerLens Live.
• Stream suspensions, account actions, or content blocks enforced by third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Google).
• Hardware failures, camera disconnections, or network interruptions during live broadcasts.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LayerLens Live at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms, violate third-party platform guidelines, or engage in unauthorized usage.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of LayerLens Live after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
